Rick Scott on Bloomberg Paying Fines for Fellons: ‘Money Is Not Going to Fix Joe Bind’s Problems’

SCOTT: "Well, first off, every vote’s important in Florida. I mean, I’ve had three statewide elections, and they’re very close. So you have to work very hard to get all the votes. The problem that Bloomberg has is that money’s not going to buy this election. If money bought elections, then Michael Bloomberg would be the Democrat nominee. So if you look at -- Floridians do not want Joe Biden, so Bloomberg’s trying to sell a bad candidate. They don't want a tax increase. Think of how many people have come to Florida because they’re sick and tired of taxes in other states. So Joe Biden’s big tax increase is not going to go over well. Joe Biden appeases communist dictators like the Casto regime, Maduro, and Xi in China. That's not how we Floridians are. We want to hold, we want to do what Trump's done, hold Xi, hold the Castro regime and Maduro accountable. On top of that, the Democrat Party has become the anti-police party, and in Florida we’re at a 49-year low in our crime rate, and we love our police, we love our sheriffs and police departments. And so, I mean, the Democrats last week blocked a simple resolution, honoring the men and women in blue that I proposed on the Senate floor. So the problem Bloomberg has is money is not going to fix Joe Biden's problems."
